FOTA operator dashboard

Lightweight admin surface inspired by matrix-cloud: service health, session-local live probes, and diagnostics against the fota-api contract. Deeper monthly KPIs, filters, and CSV export are tracked in REQ_FOTA-DASH_0001–0003.

FOTA API `/health` plus an authenticated `/check` probe for catalog and database reachability.

Rolling operator liveness timeline (browser session). Fleet-wide live counters and KPIs will align with ERD §11 when metrics are wired.

Privacy and analytics

Device analytics remain aggregate-only per REQ_FOTA-DASH_0010–0011. This dashboard does not surface raw IMEI from the API; the synthetic probe uses a fixed test UA server-side only for reachability checks.
